Can I wear it daily?
Yes. With proper care and storage, your jewellery is designed for regular wear.
Can I shower or swim with it?
We recommend removing jewellery before swimming or showering to maintain its finish.
What if my piece tarnishes?
We offer a Care Promise. With a prior appointment, you can visit our workshop and walk out with your piece looking like new within minutes.
Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day free delivery is available within Bahrain for ready pieces.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across GCC, including Saudi Arabia.
How long does delivery take?
Bahrain: Same-day / 1–2 days

How much is GCC shipping?
Shipping across GCC is 5 Bahraini Dinar.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Can I customise a design?
Yes, we offer customisation services for selected pieces.
How to submit a brief for a custom order?
Please provide us with a reference image or a sketch explaining the jewelery you want customized. Mention the metal to be used (925 sterling silver, 18kt or 21kt gold), Dimensions or size of the jewelery (eg: pendant diameter: 2cm wide, chain length:18 inch, ring size 6)
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unused pieces in original packaging.
Can customized pieces be returned?
No, we will not be able to accept returns for customized pieces.
Gifting
Does the jewellery come in a box?
Yes, all pieces come beautifully packaged in our branded jewellery box.
Other
Can I come to see the jewelery in-person?
Yes, you are most welcome to visit us by appointment. We are happy to host you for a private viewing.
Are your customised pieces hallmarked?
Yes. All customised pieces are officially hallmarked by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Bahrain. This ensures certified metal purity and authenticity.
