At Dhruv Jewellery, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

·       The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

·       The item must be returned in its original packaging

·       Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

Return Shipping Fee

All approved returns are subject to a BHD 1.00 return pickup fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp with your order details and photos.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

·       Customized or personalized jewellery

·       Sale or discounted items or items bought via a Promo code.

Customized jewellery is specially made to order and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you have questions about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please:

1.     Request a return for the original item (if eligible), and

2.     Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

·       Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

·       Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

·       The BHD 1.00 return pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount

·       Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund
