Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Regular Jewellery Orders

·       Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

·       Applies to all ready-to-ship jewellery items

·       Delivery timelines begin after order processing is completed.

Customized Jewellery Orders

·       Delivery Time: 10–15 business days

·       Applies to all personalized or made-to-order jewellery

·       Additional time is required for customization and quality checks before dispatch

Shipping Coverage

We currently delivering for free across the Kingdom of Bahrain for a limited time.

Shipping across GCC costs 5 BD and will take about 5 business days(for ready to ship jewellery) for the item to be delivered.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

·       Public holidays

·       Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Dhruv Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Dhruv Jewellery is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
